By placing an order with Katherine Swaine, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
Before proceeding to Checkout please review your order summary to ensure that the correct product options and delivery method are selected. Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you supplied in connection with your order.
We must receive payment in full before an order can be processed.
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to your country's import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to cover these costs as our delivery charges quoted allow for postage and packaging only.
Katherine Swaine does not accept any liability for delayed or lost delivery caused by third parties.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your order in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days an exchange may be offered. Please email info@katherineswaine.co.uk to authorise your return.
Return postage charges will be incurred at your own expense. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit so recommend that you use a secure delivery service and gain proof of postage. Refunds are issued once items have been received and a confirmation email will be sent once a refund has been given.
For a 28 day period after the receipt of your order we can offer you an exchange to the value of the goods. Please note however, that as each item is made to order standard dispatch times will apply on alternative goods.
Due to hygiene reasons pierced earrings cannot be returned if the sealed bags that they are supplied in have been opened. Refunds/exchanges are not available on colour samples, gift certificates or bespoke designs commissioned.
Our products
We take care to ensure that the descriptions and images shown on the website are a true reflection of the product. However, due to the nature of the materials used, there may be some slight variations in the colours and shapes.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website and edit any materials used in making of the products.
As our products are made from small parts due care and attention should be taken to keep them out of reach of children. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused in failing to do so.
